We earn when you earn
There is no charge to create a profile or list services. A platform fee is deducted from each completed job before payout. The rate depends on your plan and any launch offers you qualify for.

Standard vs Premium
Every talent starts on Standard at no monthly cost. Premium adds visibility, more service areas, and a lower job fee. You can earn Premium through performance or purchase it.

Common questions
- When do I pay as a customer?
- You authorize payment when you book. Funds stay in escrow until you complete the project or a dispute is resolved. You see the full amount before you confirm.
- When does the talent get paid?
- After you confirm completion, or after the auto-release period if you do not respond. The platform fee is deducted before payout.
- Can fees change for my account?
- The rate shown at checkout or on the job is what applies to that booking. Founding and Premium benefits follow the terms active when you qualified.
- Do subscription discounts stack with other offers?
- No. At most one standing discount from a talent subscription plan applies per job, and it is shown before you pay.
