Verification and reputation tools

These tools help you compare talent. No single check is a guarantee of skill, safety, or future conduct. You remain responsible for who you hire or work for.

Identity verification
Talent may submit government ID for review before displaying a Verified badge. Verified pros rank above unverified ones in search.
Insurance verification
Talent may upload proof of liability insurance for an Insured badge when documentation is on file. FindTalents does not provide insurance.
Background check consent
As part of the Talent Agreement, talent consent to background screening. A status badge may display when screening is cleared.
Reviews from completed jobs
Two-way reviews are tied to escrow-completed jobs. Fake or bad-faith reviews can be flagged and penalized.

Hiring pros for your home

Review profiles carefully

Check badges, ratings, review history, and how long a pro has been active before you book. FindTalents does not employ or supervise talent.

Keep it on-platform

Message, book, and pay through FindTalents. Off-platform deals lose escrow protection, dispute support, and your record of what was agreed.

Never pay outside escrow

Your payment is held safely and only released when you confirm the work. If someone asks you to pay off-platform, decline and report it.

Report anything off

Flag reviews, report users, and open a dispute if something goes wrong. Our team reviews every report.

Your money is protected

Every job is paid into escrow. Funds are only released when you confirm the work is done, or an admin resolves a dispute. That means no upfront risk, no chasing refunds, and a clear record of what was agreed.
