Quick start

The core customer flow in four steps. Talent can skip to the For talent guides below.

1. Find a pro

Search by trade and location. Compare badges, ratings, and distance before you book.

2. Book with escrow

Agree a price and pay at checkout. Funds stay held until you complete the project or a dispute is resolved.

3. Coordinate

Chat in-app, share photos, and accept custom offers. Keep agreements on the platform.

4. Complete and review

Confirm the work, leave your review, and escrow releases per the job flow.

You can browse without an account. Sign in when you want to save favorites, message, or book.

Open Browse Talents
Go to Browse Talents from the header or homepage search. Enter what you need, such as plumber or house cleaning.

Set your location
Tap Set location and enter an address, ZIP code, or use your current location. Results sort by distance in miles.
Tip: If nothing is within your radius, we show the closest pros instead of an empty page.

Filter and compare
Narrow by category, distance, price, and rating. Open a profile to see badges, reviews, portfolio photos, and service area.

Save favorites (signed in)
Use the heart icon on a talent card to save pros to your Favorites list for later.

Choose Request a job at listed rate
In the Book this pro card, click Request a job at listed rate. You must be signed in with a verified email.

Fill out the job request
Pick a category, describe the work, add photos if helpful, and confirm price and timing. Platform fees are shown before you pay.

Pay to fund escrow
Authorize payment at checkout. Funds are held in escrow until you complete the project or a dispute is resolved.

Use messaging when the job scope or price needs a conversation first.

Start a conversation
On the talent profile, click Request a custom quote or Message. Describe the work you need.

Wait for a custom offer
The talent can send a custom offer with a title, scope, price, and delivery timing in the thread.

Accept the offer
Tap Accept offer on the card in the conversation. A job is created and escrow opens automatically.
4
Track it like any other job
Open the job from My jobs or the conversation to follow status, chat, and escrow.

Customer-only Complete project flow

Complete a project and release payment

Only the customer can complete a project. That step confirms the work and leaves the required review.

Talent marks work as delivered
After the job is done, the talent clicks Mark as delivered on the job page. Escrow stays held.

Open Complete project
When status shows the work was delivered, click Complete project in the job sidebar.

Confirm, review, and release
Confirm the work met your expectations, leave a required review (at least 50 characters), then release payment.
Tip: If you do not respond, escrow may auto-release 3 days after the talent marked the job delivered.

Something wrong?
Raise a dispute before completing if the work was not delivered or did not match what was agreed.

Go to Post a job
From your account menu, open Post a job. Describe the task, category, budget, and location.

Review responses
Talent nearby can respond with quotes. Open your posting to compare responses.

Accept a response
Choose the quote you want. Accepting creates a real job and funds escrow at the quoted price.

Open the job page
Go to My jobs and select the booking. Disputes are available while escrow is still held.

Click Raise dispute
Explain what happened and submit. Include relevant messages and photos from the job thread when you can.

Wait for admin review
An admin may release funds to the talent, refund you, or apply a partial split based on the record.
